With a background in personal training and metabolic health coaching, Dean has worked with a diverse group of clients to help them achieve their goals. Right now, he is a Sport, Exercise, and Recreation lecturer at a tertiary institute where he enjoys blending hands-on experiences with the latest research in sport science and nutrition. His approach provides students with a well-rounded perspective on health.



Mary Clark

B.Ed Hons Physical Education | Yoga Instructor | Mindfulness Facilitator

Mary has spent over 20 years teaching physical education, coaching sports, and promoting health and wellbeing across New Zealand, England, and Spain. She loves making learning fun and engaging, and creating environments where students are at the centre. In addition to her educational experience, she is also a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness facilitator, adding a unique touch to her approach.
